HHSRS
The Asset Details > HHSRS tab shows you up to date information from Job Management (Connect), about the Housing Health and Safety Rating of assets marked as a property.
The HHSRS tab shows the following information:

Score - the numerical score calculated for the hazard.

Hazard - the HHSRS hazard.

Rating - the rating, as determined by the score, within one of the bands from A-J.

View - select to open the HHSRS report for the hazard.
You have the following options:

Search* - type the full, or partial, text into the Search field and press the Enter key on the keyboard to show all matching results.

Select Hazard list - select the hazard field to see a dropdown list and select an option such as Damp and mould growth, Excess cold, or Lead, to show all matching results. Multiple options can be selected by selecting the field again and selecting the additional option required.
*The Search field is a ‘begins with’ search, therefore ensure the text entered is always the beginning word/s of what you are searching for.
HHSRS Report
The HHSRS report dialog shows you the HHSRS hazard selected, along with the hazards number in the HHSRS hazard list, and the date the survey was carried out.
The HHSRS hazard report shows the following information:

Rating - the numerical score calculated for the hazard.

Score - the rating, as determined by the score, within one of the bands from A-J.

Likelihood - the likelihood of an accident happening because of the hazard.

Likelihood Comments - the assessors comments on the likelihood of the hazard causing an accident.

Class I - the Extreme score, such as the chance of death, permanent loss of consciousness, or 80% burn injuries.

Class II - the Severe score, such as the chance of cardio-respiratory disease, loss of a hand or foot, or serious factures.

Class III - the Serious score, such as the chance of chronic severe stress, mild heart attack, or loss of finger.

Class IV - the Moderate score, such as occasional severe discomfort, broken finger, or regular serious coughs and colds.

Outcome Comments - the assessor comments on the justification for the outcome.
