Quality - Summary

The Summary sub-tab shows you an overview of the general quality of the assets, for example whether if there is an issue with properties meeting the Housing Regulation Rules.

The Summary sub-tab shows the following information:

• Widgets

• Properties By Status (coming soon)

• Reasons For Non-Decency (coming soon)

Here is an example of the types of widgets which could be used on the Summary sub-tab:

• Decency % - the percentage of assets marked as a property which meet the Housing Regulation Rules.

• Non-Decent Properties - the percentage of assets marked as a property which are classed as non-decent.

• Urgent Non-Decent Properties - the percentage of assets marked as a property which are classed as urgent non-decent.

• Assets Needing Major Repairs - the percentage of assets requiring major repair.

To see the assets related to each widget, select View. The Asset Register is shown, with the filters used to configure the widget applied, and listing all the matching results for the widget.
