Availability Reasons

Create Availability Reason Codes for Worlds to distinguish reasons of irregular availability for Resources outside that defined in Rosters. You can choose the Availability Reason Codes from a list in Optimise Schedule. For example, a Resource might want to do a few hours of overtime on a Monday evening. The Resource informs you and you associate the Reason Codes with the Availability of that evening. Refer to the Record Availability section of the Optimise Schedule user guide for more information.
