Loaning Resources to Other Worlds

The following example shows a WebAdmin administrator of a North Belfast World loaning a Resource to a South Belfast World for an afternoon (four hours):

1. In WebAdmin, select Optimise Schedule.

   

2. The Worlds window appears. Select a World.

   

3. The Optimise Schedule window appears. Resource Simon Graham has four hours of unused Availability in the afternoon:

   

   Select Loan Availability .

4. The Loan Availability window appears:

   1. To filter the Resources select in the Search field and type a Resource name.

      Select the Select All icon , or the Deselect All icon .

      Or select individual Resources for loaning.

      

   2. Select in the World Reference field and select a World from the dropdown.

      

   3. Select in the Reason field and select a Reason from the dropdown.

      

   4. Enter a Description.

      

   5. Enter a Start Date/Time of the loan Availability.

   6. Enter a End Date/Time of the loan Availability.

   7. Select Save Loan Details.

      

The North Belfast World Optimise Schedule window updates and shows the Unavailability of the Resource within the World:

When you manually refresh the South Belfast World Optimise Schedule window the loaned Availability of the Resource displays within the World. You/Mendel can schedule the Resource Jobs within the available time:
