Rosters

Define the Availability and days off for Resources in Rosters. You can customise Rosters beyond the standard 7 day week and also manage separate attendance patterns such as shifts or non-availability for different groups of Resources by creating multiple Rosters. For example, you might want to create two separate Rosters for your Resources: a standard pattern of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but also an apprentice pattern of 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday because the Resources will be unavailable when at college on Fridays.

You can assign the different Resources to each Roster within Worlds or Resources. Mendel uses the Rosters when it creates schedules based on Availability. Refer to the Configure Worlds: Assign Roster section for more information.
