Sales Invoicing Overview
Connect allows creating and managing sales invoices for orders. A sales invoice is a separate entity to an order, but it usually generated based on the details of an order. Invoices can be created for individual orders, or for batches of orders. The lines on an invoice will be based on the billing mode of the order, but can be freely edited to create the desired result before generating an invoice document, or sending the details outbound to a 3rd party system.
There is a Sales Invoice Dashboard to track invoices, including KPIs and filters, and full auditing of an invoice’s history.
This functionality requires enabling at the account-level by a member of Totalmobile, so contact the Support Team or your main contact at TM to request access.
