Solution Integration
When you create a Solution Totalmobile automatically creates the Solution Message Queue name and Work Type Message Queue name. When you create a Visit Workflow Totalmobile automatically creates a Work Type Name and a Work Type Description.

The Work Type Name links messages to the Solution.

The Work Type Queue processes Visit-related messages.

The Solution Queue processes Forms which Users submit from the home screen of the Totalmobile app.

Customising the Integration

In WebAdmin click Solutions.

Click a Solution.

Click the Edit icon in the Solution Name grey banner.

Under the blue Integration banner:

Edit the Solution Message Queue name.

Edit the Work Type Message Queue name.
The Solution Message Queue name and Work Type Message Queue name must begin with a backslash.

Click Save.
