WORKSuite - Release 4.02.01

We have been enhancing WORKSuite and MyTime since the last release, adding new features and addressing known bugs. This overview outlines the updates available.

Some features may require additional setup by Totalmobile. If needed, reach out to your Account Manager for access details.

Improvements to Existing Functionality

WS-9973

Updated shift swaps feature to disable the option to send swap requests to “Anybody”. Prior to this release, any user wanting to swap their shift could select an option of “Anybody” which sent the request to all users (subject to settings) who could swap with the user.

Description

WTSSUP-180

Fixed an issue that was affecting the ability to unlock accounts. When a user enters their login details incorrectly multiple times, their account is locked as a security precaution. An issue was fixed that prevented some users from unlocking their accounts

WTSSUP-162/ WS-9931

Fixed an issue deleting shift swap variances. When one of the swaps had been removed from the system (by publishing one user for example), the other swap wasn’t able to be deleted

Fixed a caching issue when navigating between large calendars. This resulted in the page not loading the correct people unless the page was refreshed

WS-9971

Fixed an issue in the Open shifts config page. Users were seeing an error when attempting to save the new settings

Fixed an issue in the myTIME requests page that was preventing the Load more button from loading additional requests

Fixed an issue affecting long team names in the Team Change screen. If the name required the system to display this over 3 lines, then part of the name was obscured

Completed a full review and fix for the Reciprocal Shift Swap feature. The correct status and actions available to the user during the different statuses were at times, incorrect.

Fixed an issue with the role permission Allow absence on holidays that when deleting multi day variances, wasn’t deleting the correct days

Fixed a visual issue resulting in some checkboxes missing in the account setup page

WS-9940

Fixed an issue with cancelling a Reciprocal Shift Swap that was causing only some of the linked shift swaps to be removed from the system

UAT Fixes

This section is used to capture any fixes that are fixed between deploying to customer UAT environments and Live deployments. The following tickets were created since the first UAT deployment and have been fixed before releasing into the next live release.

Fixed an issue with performing a Team Change, which was causing the error ‘Incorrect Available Shift ID’.

Fixed an issue in MyTime where the baubles were not visible for a user logged in as a Scheduling Manager.
