Introduced some performance improvements to the Manage page, ensuring quicker loading times of larger sets of data

Added some additional information onto shift swaps when the opposite shift swap is no longer present. This can happen when one party involved in the shift swap has their calendar published and thereby overwriting the shift swap

Introduced some improvements to the MANAGE page to ensure the page wasn’t loading cached results before loading the required data

As part of phase 1 of our performance improvements to accounts and their calculations, caching has been introduced to the myTIME home page. This means that when a user logs in or navigates to the home page, the account indicators will display the last accurate figures and simultaneously start calculating the latest/current figures and when the user next loads loads the page, the latest figures will display. In addition, a refresh button will also be available to the user should they wish to refresh the account indicators manually. This button will be disabled should a calculation already be running in the background

Some customers with a large number of accounts, when viewing the account information in the MANAGE page (eye icon next to each user’s name) would experience a timeout issue, resulting in no account information loading. To ensure the timeout issue does not occur, this loading action will now be a background process and will load the results when ready. Additional performance improvements are also planned to ensure waiting times are reasonable

Introduced some minor changes to the myTIME request screen to avoid some confusion when selecting dates on shifts and to ensure consistency with the MANAGE page. When selecting a day on the calendar, that date will now not be changeable and will display throughout the request to show users which shift they are making changes to. This will minimise confusion on shifts that go over midnight and users are making changes to the second half of the shift

Introduced some performance improvements when searching for a user in the myTIME Calendar screen. Additional improvements are planned for the next release under WS-10156

Updated the Demand Management “Modify” dialogue to allow manual changes to Percentage demand without having to upload a new .csv file

Updated the process for cancelling an approved Reciprocal Shift Swap so that all cancellation requests go to a manager for approval

Updated myTIME so that the “App information” display is optional for clients that don’t use the app. This is now permission based (Disable App download link) to allow for greater control.

Updated the integration configuration to allow greater control over which variances are integrated. It is now possible to choose which individual variances are integrated per client. Please note that this is a TotalMobile controlled setting, so customers will not see this setting in WORKSuite

Added an enhancement to the PEOPLE page, so that when the download is pressed, it will download only active users and when the leavers toggle is toggled, then the list will contain only Leavers

Enabled a previously enabled default when creating a new shift, the “Make available in Manage” will default to being ticked to allow the created shift to be used in the Manage page.

Fixed an issue when reinstating a leaver. Users were sometimes presented with a warning saying the email was already in use

Fixed an issue with filters in myTIME. Results were not being displayed in date order

Fixed an issue with the mobile app that was resulting in the text for variance reasons overlapping when making a change

Fixed a scaling issue that resulted in the week view displaying only five days at a time at certain resolutions

Introduced some additional minor User Interface (UI) improvements across the system. For example where buttons or text was slightly out of alignment, these have been corrected

Fixed an issue with shift swaps that was limiting users from scrolling to a new month to choose a return shift swap. This was limited to scenarios where one user was on a day off

Fixed an issue with uploading a people file. When the file had an error in it and was uploaded multiple times, an error relating to “threading” will occur instead of highlighting the actual issue and would sometimes result in the upload getting stuck

Fixed an issue with escalated leave requests that was resulting in two cancel buttons displaying

Fixed an issue with a missing identifier that should display on a shift when a comment has been made. A small purple indicator will display on a shift with comments on

Fixed an issue when downloading a list of users from the PEOPLE screen that would result in some users not having a role displayed against their name, despite actually being assigned one

Fixed an issue with the account upload “ignore opening balance” toggle. Account balances roll over to a new year automatically if not changed, but this feature was only checking if a balance was entered for current year and if True, would not update the balance and if false would update the balance to 0. This has now been extended to look back further and if any previous balance exists, then no updates are made

Fixed a display issue when creating roles. After clicking on save, the dialogue would remain open and appear as if the save had not worked, even though it had

Fixed an issue with editing skill suffixes. The system was interpreting any skills that had no suffix as a unique entity, so wouldn’t allow the removal of a suffix due to one already existing

Fixed an issue with saving Open shift config in the admin page. Users were receiving a 500 error when attempting to save new settings

Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to delete all shifts that were part of a group change. This error occurred specifically for half or part day holidays

Fixed an issue with applying a misc variance onto an absence. This was allowed by the system if the absence was a multi day absence, but was blocking the user if it was a single day absence. This has now been updated so both are allowed

Fixed an issue that was affecting Seconded employees. When a user was seconded or loaned to another team and a Team change was made to their “home” team, the same change was being applied to the user in their new team. This was unintentional and team changes will now only apply to the employees that are in the specified team and for the date the change is being made

Fixed an issue with variances auto approving when auto approval had been disabled for a location/workgroup

Fixed an issue that was resulting one half of a Reciprocal shift swap remaining as Pending whilst the other was approved

Fixed an issue with the Max days in a row setting that was breaching incorrectly when an overtime variance was added that ended at midnight and another variance was added that started at midnight. These two variances, as they are consecutive, will be treated as a single shift

Fixed an issue that was resulting in some users not being able to add TOIL. Some users were receiving a “Too many used” warning didn’t make sense for the situation

Fixed an issue that was preventing a group change using a holiday variance. Users were presented with a loading screen that didn’t finish

Fixed an issue with the sorting in the Team Bids area that was resulting in a random sorting order

Fixed an issue with Percentage demand that resulted in automatic leave approvals being declined if the first hour of the day was short staffed, even if the user’s shift was later in the day

Fixed an issue that was affecting some users attempting to accept a bid request. Some users were being presented with an error when no error should have occurred

Fixed an issue with employees marked as a leaver, not showing in the payroll report

Fixed an issue with the payroll report that resulted in days that had shift swaps and misc variances on the same day giving different results in the payroll report depending on the order that they were added

Fixed an issue with accounts that were setup as shift accounts. When adding a negative adjustment onto the account, the negative adjustment was incorrectly adding to the account

Fixed an issue with setting a leavers date via integration. This wasn’t removing all the users shifts after their leaving date

Added a check for Max number of days to validate when removing an absence or holiday variance. Previously this validation was only happening when adding working hours

Fixed an issue regarding shift swaps that breached local rules. The system was incorrectly offering an escalation to the user, so these options have now been removed
