Workforce Rostering - Release 4.04.02
We have been enhancing WORKSuite and MyTime since the last release, adding new features and addressing known bugs. This overview outlines the updates available from week commencing 27 May 2025.

WTSSUP-230 |
Fixed an issue when trying to book annual leave in current year where it was taking it from the previous years allowance. When going to the eye icon in Manage, the information shown when hovering over the annual leave showed the dates were the previous year, rather than current year which was the calendar displayed. |

WTSSUP-226 |
Fixed an issue where the annual leave balance shown on the MyTime dashboard for every employee was incorrect. Also when a user raises a new annual leave request in MyTime, the balance shown was incorrect and it was unable to allow users to raise a request. Additionally, in WorkSuite, the eye icon was showing incorrect value (also due to incorrect date range issue). |

WTSSUP-225 |
Fixed an issue with the TOIL balance not working correctly. The system was taking away from the balance when TOIL was added, and adding to the balance when leave was taken. It should have been the other way, when TOIL was added the balance should increase, and when leave is taken the balance should decrease. |
