Workforce Rostering - Release 4.04.04
We have been enhancing WORKSuite and MyTime since the last release, adding new features and addressing known bugs. This overview outlines the updates available from week commencing 4th June 2025.
Some features may require additional setup by Totalmobile. If needed, reach out to your Account Manager for access details.

WTSSUP-234 |
Fixed an issue in myTime when there are multiple Annual Leave Account Configurations, where it was not allowing annual leave to be booked. This also includes a fix for an issue with the dashboard incorrectly showing hidden items when the Eye icon was selected for an employee. |

Fixed an issue with the accounts calculation that was including Escalated and On Hold statuses incorrectly. |

Fixed an issue with manually created rest days calculating as 24 hours instead of 0 hours. Please note this does not include the system generated rest days. This is identifiable in the shift change menu as the shift with no name. |

Fixed an issue with variances that were tracking hours AND used predetermined shifts (such as shift change variance) AND included unpaid breaks. The unpaid breaks were being recognised as working time, affecting the calculations of some accounts. |
