Description

WS-10936

The minimum rest requirement on shifts has been updated to ensure it is defined as greater than 6 hours. Previously, the system incorrectly triggered a warning in reporting at exactly 6 hours, which has now been corrected. Users can still customise this figure to their preferred minimum rest value, and regardless of the chosen setting, the logic will consistently require a breach to be greater than.

WS-10879

Resolved an issue with accounts in MyTime not displaying negative minutes correctly. Previously, when an account balance was in the negative and this figure was in minutes, it would display in MyTime as a positive figure.

WS-10875

Resolved an issue with the variance clashing rule “Allow Holiday on Misc”. When this was disabled, the system would correctly block single day holidays on a miscellaneous variance, but would allow a multiday holiday.

WS-10876

Resolved an issue in Tasks that was preventing unavailable users from being hidden. If a user does not have the required skills for example, then they will not be visible on the screen for that task.

WS-10835

Resolved an issue with the schedule report that was incorrectly deducting the full break on a shift when a user was on half a day of holiday. This logic has been updated so that if the shift length after the holiday is greater than the minimum rest on shift requirement (default is 6 hours) then the break is included, but if it is less than this threshold, then the break is not included.

WS-10888

Resolved an intermittent issue with screen loading that prevented the full screen from loading correctly. Customers may have interpreted this as slow performance. Common symptoms included the tenant name appearing as blank and menu items not rendering when clicking on “make a change”.

UAT Fixes

This section is used to capture any fixes that are fixed between deploying to customer UAT environments and Live deployments. The following tickets were created since the first UAT deployment and have been fixed before releasing into the next live release.
