Workforce Rostering - Release 4.11.00

We have been enhancing WORKSuite and MyTime since the last release, adding new features and addressing known bugs. This overview outlines the updates available from week commencing 27th April 2026.

New Functionality and Improvements

WS-10652	Improved the act of scrolling in the mobile app to avoid the background scrolling when a user was trying to scroll inside a pop up dialogue.
WS-10553	Improved how roles are stored and referenced so that when a role is renamed, existing user assignments are automatically updated rather than being lost.
WTSSUP-291	Improved the logic used to display multiple periods of additional hours. Existing logic uses “Earliest start time and latest end time of all additional hours periods”, but this did not display correctly when one period ended at midnight and the next period started at midnight.
WS-11240	Improved the integration layer to support higher volumes and future customer growth with increased stability.

Bug Fixes

WS-10782	Fixed an issue when updating an announcement when multiple announcements already exist. In some cases, the update would impact the incorrect announcement.
WTSSUP-219	Fixed an issue in MyTime requests where the “multi-day” indicator was missing on leave requests. This will now display correctly for managers approving leave requests.
WTSSUP-308	Fixed an issue with the Reciprocal Shift Swaps feature that was preventing auto approval when both users had the correct role.
WS-11229	Fixed an issue with the protected shift feature that incorrectly allowing holiday requests on shifts marked as protected.
WTSSUP-273	Fixed an issue in Pattern design when multiple demand periods exist, the user was being prevented from creating a calendar.
WS-10398	Fixed an issue in Manage when pinning an account. This was failing to run due to an incorrect reference, which has now been fixed.
WTSSUP-309	Fixed an issue on the MyTime home page that was preventing some variances from displaying to the user.
WS-11193	Fixed an issue with the calculation for half day holiday that was applying the break incorrectly.
WS-10901	Fixed an issue with shift swaps that resulted in the calendar screen in MyTime not loading correctly when one of the two employees swapping their shifts was marked as a leaver before the swap date.
WS-11146	Fixed an issue with demand management using percentages. When demand meant that no more users were able to take leave, the system warning that users would expect to see was not consistently shown.
