We have been enhancing WORKSuite and MyTime since the last release, adding new features and addressing known bugs. This overview outlines the updates available from week commencing 27th April 2026.

Improved the logic used to display multiple periods of additional hours. Existing logic uses “Earliest start time and latest end time of all additional hours periods”, but this did not display correctly when one period ended at midnight and the next period started at midnight. |

Fixed an issue with shift swaps that resulted in the calendar screen in MyTime not loading correctly when one of the two employees swapping their shifts was marked as a leaver before the swap date. |

Fixed an issue with demand management using percentages. When demand meant that no more users were able to take leave, the system warning that users would expect to see was not consistently shown. |
