What's New
-
PROT-378 and PROT-881 – UI / UX Upgrade
We are pleased to introduce a refreshed user interface and user experience designed to improve usability, accessibility, and overall efficiency. This update includes a modernised look and feel, streamlined navigation, and enhanced workflows to help users interact with the app more quickly and intuitively. The core functionality of the app remains.
This update applies to all Android users who upgrade to version 2.07.00. There is no option to revert to the previous version.
-
PROT-848 – GPS Performance
Improves GPS location performance to reduce the amount of time the app takes to obtain a location.
-
PROT-850 and PROT-793 – Initial Log In Improvements
When the Android app is set up, new security credentials are created for that device. This prevents the same login details from being used on more than one device at the same time.
-
PROT-852 – Do Not Disturb Permission
Introduces the ability to set the Do Not Disturb (DND) permission to optional to work around a conflict with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
This optional permission setting is enabled by default. This is because if it is not enabled the app cannot change the ringer to vibrate-only when a user places a call and the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode. Contact Totalmobile if you want to discuss or change the setting.
