Lone Worker Protection - Release 9.30

We have been enhancing Lone Worker Protection since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • Usage Report Raw Data Download

    A new usage report has been added to the platform. This is a raw data download. This report will now show usage for days per person. The report will provide a row per person per day making it easier to see which specific days a user used the system rather than a combined total of usage. The columns are detailed in the usage information page.

  • Download Hierarchy Items

    A full list of hierarchy items can now be downloaded as an excel file from the platform.

  • Select blank in Hierarchy Drop Down

    The hierarchy drop down lists now have an option to show People who do not have a hierarchy item assigned.

  • 3cx V20 Upgrade

    We have upgraded to 3CX Version 20. This is a vital component to the Protect solution and we have done work on the platform to ensure that the system will work with the latest version of 3CX.

  • Last Data Received (GPS Devices)

    The last date that data was received from a GPS device has been added to the GPS Devices excel download. This is to mitigate the removal of the GPS migration report.

  • Latest Event Report Change

    The Latest Event Report can now indicate that a person does not have a latest event listed rather than a blank row.

4G Fob Interaction Change - The Usage report was showing large number of interactions from 4G SOS Fob. This was causing in-accurate data on the usage and PowerBi reports. This has been fixed in this release.

 

Usage Report Bug Fix - A bug was reported that showed the people usage report incorrectly. O some reports it was showing the usage was 1 day off due to a background calculation. The Usage report not indicating GPS device used when it shows that SOS Fob was.

 

Geo-Fencing Bug Fix - Geofencing actions issue relating to Risk locations and entering or exiting a location. This was stopping a second action such as an SMS not being sent when a location was set to be a risk location.
