We have been enhancing Lone Worker Protection (Protect) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

PROT-738 – Change to Display of Worker Down Alerts in the Management Portal

Impact events raised by the mobile apps and GPS devices have been separated.
- Apps will raise a Worker Down Impact Alarm which will be visible in the Worker Down Report.
- GPS Devices will now raise a GPS Device Impact Event which will be visible in the Worker Down Report and the GPS Events Report.
PROT-740 – Prioritise MFA Messages

SMS and e-mail messages sent when a user completes their two factor authentication during login will now be sent with a higher priority. This will ensure that a large number of welcome e-mails or other SMS messages will not delay the authentication message.
PROT-736 – GPS Device Description Added to Alert Email Notifications

A new tag %GPSDEVICE% allows the description of a GPS Device to be included in New Alert E-Mails, Outstanding Alert Notifications, and Alert Closure E-Mails.

PROT-774	The Locate Person feature within the ARC Reports site now requires a site description to be entered for a search to be performed. The search can now be used to locate a person who has a specific GPS device. GPS devices can be located by GPS device description, GPS device telephone number, or IMEI.
PROT-775 (Internal)	Additional fields have been added at the top of the Site Settings page in Sysadmin that allow a customer GUID and a Business Vertical to be stored for each site.
