Asset Management - Release 9.35

We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What’s New

  • Asset HHSRS Integration with Job Management (Connect)
    The HHSRS tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > HHSRS, has been implemented to show the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) information from Job Management (Connect) for assets marked as a property. This improves the management and assessment of housing conditions.

  • Asset Decency Integration with Job Management (Connect)
    The Decency tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Decency, has been implemented to show the Decency standard information from Job Management (Connect) for assets marked as a property. This enhances the ability to assess and maintain property standards.

  • Asset Asbestos Integration with Job Management (Connect)
    The Asbestos tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Asbestos, has been implemented to show the Asbestos records from Job Management (Connect) for assets marked as a property. This improves the tracking and handling of asbestos-related information for properties.

  • Asset Export
    The Export feature, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Export, allows specific asset data to be selected and exported as a .csv. This enables efficient transfer of data from Asset Management, improving overall data management capabilities.

  • Asset Data to FSI Data Platform
    The assets financial data and tables have been linked for use with the FSI Data Platform. This integration enhances the ability to analyse and utilise the assets financial data within the FSI Data Platform.

  • Asset Reporting via FSI Data Platform
    Asset data is now available for reporting via the Delta Lake. This integration enables more comprehensive and flexible reporting capabilities, allowing for deeper insights into asset-related information.
