Asset Management - Release 9.36

We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What’s New

• Planning
  The Planning page, available from the Navigation menu > OVERVIEW > Planning, allowing users to:

  • Create plans for groups of assets, enabling them to manage replacement or refurbishment more effectively. This allows for the creation of work orders associated with the plan, streamlining the asset management process.

  • Create programmes of work for selected components, facilitating the repair or replacement of assets in a more organised manner.

  • Publish programmes, which allows completed programmes to be shared with partners for delivery, improving collaboration and execution of asset management plans.

  • Review the progress of programmes, allowing for timely adjustments, which provides better oversight and control over ongoing asset management activities.

• Asset Groups
  The Groups feature, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Groups, allows users to select a group of assets specifically for Modelling and Planning purposes, providing a stable and focused approach to asset management activities.
