Asset Management - Release 9.41

We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • 'Add Asset' Button

    A new Add Asset button has been added to Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Register > Actions > Add New Asset, and to Asset Details > Actions > Add New Asset.

    This provides the ability to add a single new asset from within different locations in Asset Management. Default data is applied when adding a new asset as a sub asset within an existing asset, this is to assist in placing the new asset correctly within the hierarchy.

  • Import Logs

    A new Import Logs tab has been added to System Data > Import Logs.

    This provides a view of imports logs and error handling for the configuration items within System Data, which include:

    • Property Types
    • Asset Categories
    • Asset Subcategories
    • Unit of Measure
    • Code Templates

  • Enable Editing of Decency Data for Selected Assets

    Enhancements have been made to the Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset Info > Asset Details > Decency. A new Edit button has been added to the Asset Details > Decency tab, providing the ability for users to view and edit the information on the Decency tab data for assets whose which are not a property.

An issue has been fixed so all the actions buttons in the System Data sub tabs have had the leading and trailing spaces trimmed.

An issue has been fixed in Forecasting when clearing the filter with a single profile active, where the table would still be visible.

An issue has been fixed where the Forecasting Results and Graph display would intermittently be empty and not show any results.

An issue has been fixed where the Forecasting Export Files were not being removed after 7 days if not downloaded.

An issue has been fixed in Forecasting where the Export button was incorrectly still available when there was no data present.

An issue has been fixed with the Job Management (Connect) New Cyclical Programme Import where is was not working with Asset Management.

AM-6563

An issue has been fixed with the Add Asset feature, ensuring that it is now testable.

AM-6717

An issue has been fixed where the filtering on the Forecasting Table was not hiding the component assets when filtering by Property category.

AM-6103

An issue has been fixed where the Asset Import would get stuck when the Decency fields were included.
