Asset Management - Release 9.41.2

We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • Forecasting - Catch Up Cost

    Enhancements have been made to Navigation menu > Overview section > Forecasting > Total Forecasted Costs graph.

    A new Catch Up value has been added to the Total Forecasted Costs graph, allowing users to quickly see how much overdue replacement costs exist, and how much of it is from real assets vs. templated costs.

  • Forecasting - Totals

    Enhancements have been made to Navigation menu > Overview section > Forecasting > Forecasting Results table.

    A new Totals row has been added to the Forecasting Results table, which summarises the forecast costs across all properties for each year, enabling users to make budget decisions, see totals which match the graph, and navigate large portfolios efficiently.

  • Forecasting - Source Column

    Enhancements have been made to Navigation menu > Overview section > Forecasting > Forecasting Results table > Export.

    A new Source column has been added to the Forecasting export, this shows whether each row uses real asset data or template data, allowing users can tell actual figures from template projections when reviewing exported data.

  • Additional Filters

    Enhancements have been made to the Filters in the Navigation menu > Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Register tab and Navigation menu > Overview section > Forecasting.

    The Filters have been expanded so assets and forecasting can be filtered by UPRN, Customer External ID, Property Type, Property Ownership, Contract Area and Address Line 1, 2 and 3 and postcode, using the standard 'starts with' or 'equals to' operations allowing users to quickly view the right properties and their component asset forecasts.

Description

AM-6499

An issue has been fixed with the AlmUpdate job scheduler where after a successful run occurred, there were no future runs scheduled when there should have been.

AM-6540

Changes have been made to ensure the data sharing is in sync between Asset Management and Field Service Intelligence (Insight) for Forecasting tables.
