We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • Code Template Sync from Job Management (Connect) to Asset Management

    Enhancements have been made to Configuration section > System Data > Code Templates.

    Code Templates have been updated to ensure they are managed in Job Management (Connect) as the single source of truth, and synchronised to Asset Management via API. This prevents data mismatches which result in incorrect job creation and contract assignment.

  • Code Template Validation and Editing in Asset Compliance

    Enhancements have been made to Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Details > Asset Compliance tab > Compliance sub-tab.

    Asset Compliance has been updated so the Code Template can be updated and validated against the Code Templates synchronised from Job Management (Connect). This prevents data mismatches which result in incorrect job creation and contract assignment.

  • Locked and Demo-Only Areas Removed

    Asset Management has been updated to removed locked, unavailable, and demo-only areas which could cause confusion. This update focuses on reducing misleading user interfaces, including example content in portfolio-related areas which could be mistaken for live functionality.

  • Asset Subcategory Import and Export - Unit of Measure

    Enhancements have been made to Configuration section > System Data > Asset Category Data > Asset Subcategories sub-tab.

    The Import and Export in Asset Subcategories has been updated to include Unit of Measure. This means the Unit of Measure can be assigned directly when importing Asset Subcategories, eliminating the need to manually update each subcategory after import. This streamlines setup, reduces administrative effort, improves data consistency, and ensures the Unit of Measure information is included in both import and export processes for easier data management and auditing.

  • 'Contains' option added to Address Filters and increased Filters limit

    Enhancement have been made to Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Register > Filters and Overview section > Forecasting > Overview tab > Forecasting Results > Filters.

    The address options in the Asset Register and Forecasting Filters now provide the option for a 'contains' Relationship, and the Active filters limit has been increased from 5 to 10. This allows user to filter assets using a partial address, while also ensuring there are enough Active filters available, so they can quickly narrow down assets and still apply additional filters.

  • Filterable Custom Fields

    Enhancement have been made to Configuration section > System Data > Asset Custom Data > Asset Custom Fields sub-tab.

    Custom Field have been updated so they can be made filterable, allowing users to see and use them in the Home page widgets, the Asset Register Filters, and Forecasting Filters.

An issue has been fixed with the Widgets on the Home page where when reporting on multiple HHSRS values it was timing out.

AM-6313

An issue has been fixed when import assets via the Asset Import where the asset Unit Cost was not being calculated by multiplying the Quantity x the Subcategory Unit Cost.

An issue has been fixed where the Forecasting data export was timing out.

AM-6748

An issue has been fixed where HHSRS and Asbestos data was not being sent from Job Management (Connect) to Asset Management.
