Asset Management - Release 9.43

We have been enhancing Asset Management since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

• Property Types Sync from Job Management (Connect) to Asset Management

  Enhancements have been made to Configuration section > System Data > Property Types.

  Property Types have been updated to ensure they are managed in Job Management (Connect) as the single source of truth, and synchronised to Asset Management via API. This prevents data mismatches which result in incorrect job creation and contract assignment.

• Removal of Recalculate Button

  Enhancements have been made to Overview section > Forecasting.

  To improve system stability and overall performance, the manual Recalculate button has been removed from Forecasting. This change prevents users from unintentionally triggering full forecasting recalculations during business hours, reducing the risk of performance degradation across the environment and ensuring a more consistent user experience.

• Edit Asset Groups

  Enhancements have been made to Overview section > Portfolio > Asset Register > Groups.

  Users can now add and remove assets from existing asset groups without needing to delete and recreate them. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and efficiency when managing asset groups, eliminating the need to recreate groups when membership changes are required.

• Empty Rows Ignored on Asset Import

  Enhancements have been made to Overview section > Portfolio > Import.

  The asset import process has been enhanced to intelligently ignore empty rows during validation. This improvement reduces unnecessary validation messages and allows users to focus on addressing genuine data quality issues within their import files.

AM-7953	An issue has been fixed where there were inconsistent Decency results.
AM-7877	An issue has been fixed where the numbers shown within a widget were not matching the results shown when viewed or exported.
AM-7870	An issue has been fixed with assets dates, where the dates displayed were incorrect after being edited.
AM-7679	An issue has been fixed with the Asset Custom Data Fields, where the fields were not being displayed.
AM-7676	An issue has been fixed with the quantity validation when adding a new asset.
AM-7608	An issue has been fixed with the Asset Import, where is was incorrectly allowing multiple assets with the same ID within the same .csv file, validation has been added to ensure this is no longer possible.
AM-6155	An issue has been fixed when using the Asset Import, where the Complaint Until date was not being calculated automatically.
AM-6124	An issue has been fixed where there was no on screen message or validation provided when the search or filter on the Asset Register returned no matching results.
AM-7639	An issue has been fixed on Energy > Import, where EPC Recommendation File was incorrectly a mandatory option, this option is no longer mandatory.
AM-7674	An issue has been fixed on the Asset Import where the asset quantity limited was not being validated.
