Asset Management - Release 9.34

What’s New

• Home Page
  The Home page features the new Field First Platform design, including the Platform menu. This includes tabs for:

  • Overview

  • Quality

  • Compliance

  • Lifecycle

• Asset Register
  The Asset Register, is available from the Navigation menu > OVERVIEW > Portfolio > Asset Register tab, lists all your assets and can be shown in list or hierarchy views, with the hierarchy view allowing for navigation through the asset hierarchy. You can filter the Asset Register to select subsets of assets, this is useful when needing to identify assets at risk or in scope for work or replacement.

• Details
  The Details tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Details, provides a comprehensive view of asset information. This includes the asset status which has been added to support the lifecycle status of the asset, and allows for tracking of the asset before and after their operational period.
  Finance data fields are used in the Asset Details (Fixed Asset ID, Account Ledger, Cost/Profit centre, Depreciation method and Project code), to provide structure for valuation, revaluation, depreciation models, useful life, future costs, NPV, and final valuation to support future functionality.

• Documents
  The Documents tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > Documents and Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Documents, shows any documents which are linked to an asset in the Document Vault. This feature allows users to manage documents associated with an asset, improving compliance management and document organisation.

• Compliance
  The Compliance tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Compliance, shows users when assets are both in and out of compliance. This facilitates better risk management and compliance tracking, including the historic position.

• History
  The History tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > History, provides a comprehensive record of asset changes and events over time. This enhances traceability and supports informed decision-making.

• Spatial Hierarchy
  The Spatial Hierarchy tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Spatial Hierarchy, holds a tier/level, using UNICLASS fields (Building System Code, Product Code, Element Function Code and Complex Code), and RdSAP v9 data.

• Warranty
  The Warranty tab, available in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Warranty is used to record warranty details against assets. Users can set the type and scope of warranty, as well as the relevant timeframes.

• Energy
  The Energy tab, available for assets marked as a Property in Portfolio > Asset Register tab > Asset > Asset Info > View Asset option > Energy, allows users to capture RdSAP Data Forms and add existing EPCs. This supports the collection and management of energy performance data for assets.

• Import
  The Import tab, available in Navigation menu > OVERVIEW > Portfolio > Import tab, allows for the efficient import of multiple assets into the system, streamlining the asset onboarding process.

• Authentication & Multi-Tenancy
  Authentication and Multi-tenancy features enables users to be authenticated onto the system. This ensures they can access information relevant to their role and organisation.

• User & Role Configuration
  User and role configuration capabilities for administrators. This allows the definition of user roles and permissions, enabling better management of system access.
