What's New

  • Translation Enhancements

    Translation enhancements have been completed across the following:

    • Care and Housing & Property Reports

    • Operational Performance Intelligence and Employee Performance Intelligence Reports

    • Field Service Intelligence Web App

    This includes updates to labels, reporting content, and user-facing text. These enhancements improve the experience and provide more comprehensive support for Canadian French users, providing a stronger foundation for future multilingual support.

  • Automated Housing & Property Reports Delivery Process

    Enhancements have been made to the Housing & Property reporting with a new automated delivery process, this reduces manual effort and improving the consistency, reliability, and maintainability of future reporting updates.

  • Housing & Property Report Version Support

    Enhancements have been made to support versioning for the Housing & Property reports. This provides greater visibility and control over report changes, making it easier to track updates, manage releases, and maintain reporting content as it evolves over time.

  • Insight Hub Shift and Visit Syncing Improved

    Enhancements have been made to improve the Shift and Visit synchronisation to better align the pert chart states. These changes increase confidence in reported figures and help provide a more reliable reporting experience.

  • ‘Fixed’ Pert Chart State Added to Insight Hub

    Enhancements have been made to Insight Hub to include a standalone Fixed pert chart state, this provides a clearer visibility of visit status information, helping users more easily interpret outcomes and understand reporting data.

Description

IPA-2871

An issue has been fixed on the Worker Shift Details where the Total Shift Time was not showing the correct value and the PRODUCTIVE time was not being calculated correctly.

IPA-2884

An issue has been fixed in Gen 2 on the Worker Score Card where the KPI names were overlapping in the KPA sections.
