Job Management (Connect) - Release 9.42.3

We have been enhancing Job Management (Connect) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • Estimate Completion Date Returned via Sales Order API

    Enhancements have been made to the Sales Order API to include the Estimated Completion Date in the API response.

  • Appoint Object Visit Result External ID

    Enhancements have been made to the Booking Summary API to include the Visit Result External ID in GET responses. This may be used to add additional visit detail for those using the existing type attribute.

Description

CD-28007

An issue has been fixed so when material code items come into Job Management (Connect) via reverse PO and the material code did not exist, they are added as inactive unless specifically made active in the stock location. 

Config > Materials Management > Supplier Integrator Settings > Set Missing Stock To Inactive For Reverse PO

CD-29023

An issue has been fixed with LGSR Certificate file names to include the Visit Date instead of the Approval Date where the ${visitactualfinishdate} tag is used on completed visits.

CONPS-783

An issue has been fixed where bulk van stock orders sent via XML were displaying a fatal reference instead of the correct order number, affecting consolidated van stock orders on a supplier integration channel.

CONPS-1238

An issue has been fixed where workflows were failing due to frequent timeouts during form response processing in Job Management (Connect).

CONPS-1240

An issue has been fixed where the visit time recorded was incorrect when the user's device timezone was different from Job Management (Connect).

CONPS-1246

An issue has been fixed with the create order by compliance logic for numeric assets, which was failing to trigger correctly after turning off the old compliance workflow.

There are two new Configurations:

  • Calculate Numeric Next Compliance Check As Current Value Plus Interval - if not enabled, Next Compliance Check is still incremented by the Compliance Interval as default behaviour.

  • Flag Numeric Compliance Check On Assets Not On Hire. - if not enabled, Off Hire assets are not processed by the workflow.

CONPS-1275

An issue has been fixed with the Credit Note export functionality where files for certain suppliers was were blank when generated.

CONSUP-1569

An issue has been fixed when searching for addresses of properties on the Order Management screen, where the downloading the resulting details via the All filter orders option was not working as expected.

CONSUP-1641

An issue has been fixed where the SalesOrder API was not returning the SORSequenceNumber for the Job Codes present on the Order.

CONSUP-1676

An issue has been fixed with the search filters in Order Management where the search persisted across browser tabs.

CONSUP-1705

An issue has been fixed where the Diary would not display Resources in the correct order if there was a Resource Ruleset allocated to the user.

An issue has been fixed where excessive customer database calls impacted resource scheduling and new order assignments performance.
