  We have added a new filter to Order and Planning Board KPIs for Has Linked Works Orders with the following sub-filters:

  • Linked Works Order Inward Reason

  • Linked Works Order Outward Reason

  • Linked Works Order Status

  • Linked Words Orders all at Status

• Asset Lifecycle Management Integration Changes

  • We have made some improvements to the Decency workflow with Asset Management enabled only. We have added a KPI filter for the location reference filter on an Asset, and added support for this on the Decency Rule Configuration. This includes the equals and not equals operations, for Has Asset and Has Asset at Linked Location filters.

    We have added the location reference KPI filter on Asset KPIs and Property KPIs, however it does not work for KPIs, only for the decency job, so please do not use this at this stage. We are planning to add support for the KPIs in a future release.

  • We have also added a toggle which allows users to decide, if a property remains decent after the rule is run on all of its Assets, to roll back all Asset level decency changes. This allows for an all or nothing outcome for if Assets depend on each other for their decency status. This will also only work for the new ALM decency job.

  • For when Asset Management is enabled only, we reverted a change which removed all of the Asset detail panels from Assets in Asset Management, so all Asset information is now visible again.
