Job Management (Connect) - Release 9.38.1

We have been enhancing Job Management (Connect) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • Purchase Invoice Import

    A new flat file import feature has been implemented to create purchase invoices directly from their invoice scanning solution. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual entry, streamlining the invoice creation process.

  • Finance Integration New Message Bus Tokens

    New message bus tokens have been introduced for finance integration. This update enhances the security and efficiency of financial data communication within the system.

    • SupplierOrder Topic (all tokens at a header level):

      • Purchase order Collection Type (deliver to site or Collect from suppplier)

      • Works Order (if applicable) Address (broken down as address line 1, 2, 3, city, postcode)

      • Supplier Interface Identifier (field on supplier record)

      • Procurement Contract Reference

    • PurchaseInvoice Topic:

      • Order Procurement Contract Reference

  • Procurement Contract Ref Field for Purchase Orders and Subcontractor Orders

    A new Procurement Contract Ref field has been added for purchase orders and subcontractor orders. This addition allows for better tracking and management of procurement contracts in relation to these order types.

  • Update Code Template Import to Allow Multiple Job Codes to be Added

    A new feature has been introduced to import multiple Job Codes and set an Order against a Code Template. This functionality allows for the import of a Code Template along with all associated codes, including their ordinal for completion order. Users can now set the ordinal of codes on the code template screen or use a click-and-drag interface to reorder job codes.

  • Multiple Compliance Schedules for Assets

    The ability to set a Work Category to a Code Template has been added, which will update all Job Codes from a compliance/skill perspective, overriding the default Work Category on the Job Code. This enhancement improves the management of large-scale tasks, such as services with up to 70 Job Codes, ensuring they are completed in the correct order on devices.

CD-24315

An issue has been fixed where the Job Code short description was not being sent from Job Management (Connect) to Mobile Working (Mobilise).

CONPS-705

An issue has been fixed with Multi Compliance where new Assets were only inheriting 1 schedule, rather than all the schedules applied to the Asset Category and Sub Category.

CONPS-709

An issue has been fixed where there were workflow failures which produced the following message No active asset association process template/template line is available.

This is fixed by ensuring the new Disable Asset Association Issue Creation setting in the Account Config is enabled.

CONPS-713

An issue has been fixed with Multi Compliance where any change and save to the current numeric value, caused the compliance check value to increase by the compliance interval value.

CONSUP-1087

An issue has been fixed with the Travis Perkins Supplier Order Inbound Channel, where the system was changing the material price on a PO, instead of adding a new PO line.

CONSUP-1368

An issue has been fixed where it was not possible to manually create an asset in the front end of Job Management (Connect), and the user would see a message saying Unable to save please correct the following errors The request was unsuccessful. Error: {"Type":"InternalServerError","Message":"An internal error occured"}, Status Code: InternalServerError.

CONSUP-1300

An issue has been fixed where users could see Contacts within Orders > Reporting even when they did not have the contracts enabled in the Contracts tab, and removing the Orders Reporting setting meant users could not book appointments.

CONSUP-1353

An issue has been fixed where since the release of 9.38 assets could not be updated and instead produced an error.

CD-24480

An issue has been fixed with the Cyclical workflow where it would timeout when creating orders which needed to be investigated.
