What's New

  • Update Customer Property V3 and Order APIs

    The Customer Property V3 API has been updated to include new fields:

    • Timezone

    • Zone

    • Housing Area

    This enhancement provides more comprehensive information about customer properties, allowing for better data management and analysis.

  • New Order Asset Topic Message Bus

    A new Order Asset Topic has been added to the message bus, which outputs an array of asset information associated with an order. This supports existing Order & Asset Tags/Fields and is limited to 10 assets per order. The array includes essential asset details such as External ID, Name, Condition, and Custom Fields, enhancing the visibility of assets linked to orders created through various means.

  • Disable Invoice Auto-Matching for EDI Invoices

    A new feature has been implemented to disable invoice auto-matching for EDI invoices. This optional setting, available in Supplier Integrator settings, allows inbound EDI invoices to be created at a status of New without automatic matching. Users can now manually check and match invoices, providing greater control over the invoice processing workflow. When the 'Disable Invoice Auto Matching' setting is enabled, invoice lines will still be created, but the system will not attempt to automatically match them. This feature addresses concerns about the accuracy of the EDI invoicing logic and allows for a more thorough manual review process before invoices are sent for payment.
