These Release Notes cover the following:

What's New

  • Programmes of Work – Extended Capability

Enhancements have been made to Programmes of Work:

    • Any billing period can now be opened from the Programme Summary screen, allowing you to view a detailed summary for that period. The billing period view shows key financial metrics, including completed works, costs, expected margin, order counts, revenue budget, and invoiced value, along with lists of work in progress, completed orders, and all completed job codes for the period.

    • Programme orders can now be viewed in a dedicated timeline screen with a Gantt-style layout, making it easier to see schedules, progress, dependencies, and milestones in one place. Programme-level timeline events can also be added and managed with dates or date ranges to provide context for delays, disruptions, and other impacts affecting delivery.

    • All orders in a programme can be reviewed from a dedicated Orders tab displayed in a grid built for larger order volumes. The grid supports sorting by column, searching, filtering, and removing orders that were added to the programme incorrectly.

    • Programme billing views now include cumulative revenue so you can see revenue recognised up to the selected billing period without leaving the summary screen. Cumulative revenue is also shown within billing period details and updates as you move between periods, with future projected revenue distinguished from actual revenue.

    • There is a dedicated invoices view within the programme content, which shows all invoices associated with a programme. Each invoice shows key details such as reference, billing period, status, value, and invoiced date, and invoices can be opened to view in full.

    • Programme lists and invoice views now show the most relevant items first, including highest references first and programme items ordered by Planned Start Date. Programme chart labels have also been updated for a clearer reading order, and revenue page validation messages now match whether the user is working with revenue targets or work order numbers.

    • Program work can now be subcontracted directly from the programme timeline, and one or more orders can be assigned to approved subcontractors linked to that programme. A new Subcontractors tab is available to view programme subcontractors and the subcontracted work associated with each one, without leaving the programme

    • Invoices can now be created directly from a programme billing period for work completed in the period. By default, invoices include orders that reached Work Completed, and users can also choose to include selected items, work in progress by percentage, or all completed work while previously invoiced amounts are excluded to prevent duplicate billing.

    • Subcontractors can now apply for partial payment against a subcontractor order using either a value or a percentage. This supports long-running work by allowing part-completed amounts to be requested, reviewed, and carried through existing approval processes over multiple payment periods.

    • Users can now move unpaid or deferred items from one programme billing period to a future billing period or invoice. Outstanding amounts remain traceable across periods, partially invoiced items keep their invoiced value in the original period, and only the remaining amount is carried forward.

  • Restricting Reversing Orders from Financial Completion

Enhancements have been made to Configuration > Manage Security > Security Profiles.

A new Change Order Status - Financially Complete permission provides more control when an order has reached Financial Completion. This permission is enabled by default for any users who are already allowed to change the order status. Users without the required permission can no longer reverse these orders to an earlier status, while other status changes can still be managed according to their access.

  • New API to Create Purchase Invoice Matched

A new dedicated API has been added allowing you to create purchase invoices, including progressing them through to a matched state where needed. This supports purchase invoice creation through integration without relying on the previous import channel.

  • Integration Improvement – Support for Duplicated Invoice Line Items

Enhancements have been made so invoices containing multiple line items with the same material or product identifier now process correctly. Duplicated material line items are retained as separate invoice entries, ensuring successful processing and accurate audit tracking.

  • Configurable Default Note Templates for Note Types

You can now configure default text for individual Note Types in Configuration > Order Management > Note Types.

When a user adds an order note and selects a Note Type, the configured template is automatically populated in the note field and can be amended before saving. This helps reduce repetitive data entry, improve consistency, and ensure important information is captured in order notes.

  • Local Login Disabled for Single Sign-On (SSO) Use

Enhancements have been made so organisations using SSO can prevent users from accessing the standard Job Management (Connect) login route. When local login is disabled, users are directed to sign in with SSO instead of being able to authenticate separately through the usual login page.

  • Update Additional Jobs/Visits Modal When Sending to Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise)

Enhancements have been made to Order Management > Jobs.

Users can now update the Job Duration and add Planner Comments for Additional Jobs when releasing a job to Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise) from Job Management (Connect). This means jobs can be sent with the scheduling details and operational notes already included, reducing the need for follow-up manual changes after release.

  • Work Category Based Job Codes Linking to Activity Visits

Enhancements have been made to Configuration > Planning > Activity Templates.

Activity Templates can now include work categories so visits pick up all relevant job codes and quantities linked to those categories. This means field teams can receive the full scope of work added to the order, not just the original activity job codes.

  • Activity Step Filtering – only show Activity(s) Linked to the Visit Created

Enhancements have been made so devices now show standard visit steps plus only the steps linked to the Activity or Activities released for that visit, rather than displaying the process steps from other activities on the same works order, therefore reducing confusion for operatives.

  • Option to Make 'Order Note Type' Mandatory

Enhancements have been made to Configuration > Order Management > Note Type Groups.

Users can now make it mandatory for an Order Note Type to be selected when adding detailed note items in Job Management (Connect). This helps ensure order notes are consistently categorised when the contract setting is enabled.

  • Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) - Operational Updates to Meet Government Standards

Enhancements have been made to Property > HHSRS.

HHSRS records now support the updated UK government hazard categories and scoring changes introduced from 23 June 2026. Users can view new High, Medium, and Low ratings alongside historical HHSRS entries, with updated property screens, hazard details, history views, and related dashboards reflecting both old and new formats.

  • Auto-Split Combined Billable and Non-Billable Quantities on Return to Job Management (Connect) from Mobile Working (Mobilise)

Enhancements have been made so jobs which combine billable and non-billable quantities for the same job code on Mobile Working (Mobilise), now return to Job Management (Connect) with the values split correctly. This means finance and purchasing teams can process the separate billable and non-billable amounts as originally set up, even when they were updated as a single item.

To enable this feature contact Totalmobile Support.

  • Annotated PDF’s via Mobile Working (Mobilise) Stored Against an Order

Enhancements have been made so annotated PDFs generated in Mobile Working (Mobilise) can now be sent into the Job Management (Connect) Document Vault, together with associated document information. This allows documents to be stored in the expected location and makes the related file information available as part of the document workflow.

  • Integration Improvement – Enhanced Material Selection for Purchase Orders

Users can now search for and select materials from connected supplier catalogues while creating direct purchase order lines. This uses contract context to improve results, and can create local material codes immediately when returned supplier items do not already exist.

Description

CONPS-1136

An issue has been fixed when manually completing the completion date from the Summary tab and retaining the default completed date (current date and time), where it caused the BARIS integration to fail stating that a future date was being supplied.

CONPS-1434

An issue has been fixed where it was possible to receive a line item for purchase orders which had not been approved.

CONPS-1460

An issue has been fixed on the Booking screen where multi resource working operatives were not respecting the scheduling attribute against the order.

Extended scheduling attribute checks to additional resources when booking Multi Resource and Two to Attend appointments. When Attributes is selected, both the primary and additional resource lists now show only resources that meet the order’s scheduling attribute requirements, including matching attribute values and the resource’s configured attribute days and dates. This helps ensure all selected operatives meet the scheduling requirements for the appointment.

CONSUP-1344

An issue has been fixed where trying to add a job code using a process step in the subcontractor portal , produced an error.

CONSUP-1352

An issue has been fixed where on occasion Material Codes were being received with the incorrect quantity on the purchase orders.

CONSUP-1372

An issue has been fixed that prevented Event Rules and Queued Events from being created when the required scheduling permutations were missing. Missing permutations required for queued events are now automatically generated, allowed recurring visits to continue being scheduled. An additional error handling has also been added.

CONSUP-1491

An issue has been fixed where unavailability activities created in the Job Planner or Diary were not consistently shown in certain Dairy views, such as Shared Groups or Shared Views, this allowed schedulers to allocate work during times which should have been blocked.

CONSUP-1577

Fixed an issue where time discrepancies were seen in local start and end times in non productive activity notifications sent from Job Management (Connect) to Mobile Working (Mobilise) caused by differences between local time and UTC. New message template tokens have been added to allow notifications to use local times rather than UTC, to keep activity times consistent with those displayed in the Diary and Job Planner.

CONSUP-1608

An issue has been fixed when raising orders via Order Entry where the Team field was not automatically populated base on the zone configuration as expected, instead the Team field was defaulting to Not Set.

CONSUP-1639

An issue has been fixed where planners and subcontractors were able to select planning masks which were not valid for the contract’s Appointment Slot Template, leading to incorrect appointment data being sent.

CONSUP-1642

An issue has been fixed where Planning Window Message Template tokens were not returning the planning window date and times for manually booked appointments when an appointment confirmation document was generated. The relevant message template tokens now correctly populate these details, including when using a planning mask or a manually entered time window, so customers receive the appointment information in the confirmation letter.

CONSUP-1693

An issue has been fixed where the Diary would freeze when visits were completed in Mobile Working (Mobilise) without a start time. A new optional administrator setting has been added, when enabled, a start time is entered at the time a visit is received without one, this enables the Diary to remain accessible when incomplete visit timing information is received.

CTD-672

The Job Management (Connect) deadletter function has been upgraded to .NET 10.

CTD-673

The Job Management (Connect) WebServices Core has been upgrade to .NET 10.
