Referral Management (Carelink) - Release 9.36.7

We have been enhancing Referral Management (Carelink) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

	Bug Fix: We’ve resolved an issue affecting the integration between Liquid Logic and Carelink when a service user’s date of death was present. When a date of death was added in Liquid Logic, the service user (SU) record was inadvertently filtered out when it was passed to Carelink. Resolution: The filtering logic has been updated to ensure that service users with a recorded date of death are correctly passed to Carelink.
CSUP-287200	Performance Improvement: We’ve addressed a performance issue in the plan generation workflow that was causing data inconsistencies and system strain. When plan generation took longer than expected this resulted in sync issues with Optimise. Resolution: Optimised the plan generation logic to stagger processing and reduce database load.
