Release Date - UAT: W/C 18 Nov 2025

Release Date - Live: W/C 08 Dec 2025

We have been enhancing Referral Management (Carelink) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

Some features may require additional setup by Totalmobile. If needed, reach out to your Account Manager for access details.

What’s New

  • Make the Priority Field for Referrals Mandatory
Enhancements have been added to Referrals to made the Priority field mandatory:

A new setting is now available under Carelink > Admin > Manage Referrals.

When this setting is enabled (by selecting the checkbox), the Priority field in Referrals > Referral Details > Priority becomes mandatory.

  • This ensures every referral includes a clearly defined priority level, improving consistency and visibility across service user records.

This change applies only to the referral’s priority field and does not affect the priority field within the Care Schedule.

  • Share Documents to the Service User Portal
Enhancements have been made so Care Providers can now easily share important documents, such as care plans and support materials, with a service user’s family and friends via the Service User Portal.

    How it works:

    • New uploads: When adding a document via Carelink > Documents > Add Document, user's now see an option in the upload panel to share the file with the Service User Portal.

    • Existing documents: To share previously uploaded documents, simply select the document name and select the checkbox in the Edit dialog to enable sharing with the Service User Portal.

    • Revoking access: If needed, access to shared documents can be revoked at any time by clearing the sharing option.

This feature enhances transparency and collaboration by making key care information more accessible to those who support the service user.
