What's New

• AI-Powered Referral Summary

  Following the success of our customer-led trial, we’re excited to announce the launch of the first AI feature in Carelink > Referrals > Referral Summary Panel.

  This feature provides a AI-generated overview of the service user at the referral level, helping teams quickly understand key details without manual effort.

  As part of this rollout, we’ve also enhanced the formatting of Referral Summaries to include:

  • Headings for better structure

  • Bullet points for clarity

  • Improved spacing for easier readability

  These improvements ensure that Referral Summaries are not only informative but also simple to navigate.

• Providers Portal API

  Third-party care providers can now update visits in the Carelink > Providers Portal using API integration as well as CSV uploads.

  This enhancement reduces the need for manual updates and streamlines data management, giving providers more flexibility and efficiency in keeping visit information accurate and up to date.
