We have been enhancing Referral Management (Carelink) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

• Global Service User ID Support

  Enhancements have been made to support a configurable Service User ID for international customers. Admins can select to use a Service User ID in Carelink > Admin > Service User to replace the NHS/CHI number across key screens. Validation is relaxed for the Service User ID field and prioritises ID uniqueness.
