What’s New

  • Restrict Appointments Being Rescheduled Outside of the Due Date
New configuration options have been added to Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise) to give users greater control over appointment rescheduling relative to their due dates:

    • Two new settings are now available under Optimise Admin > Select World > Optimise Appointment Booker Slot Selection Settings:

      • Enable selection of slots before the due date

      • Enable selection of slots after the due date

    • By disabling either setting, the user can prevent appointments from being rescheduled before or after their assigned due date in the appointment booker: Optimise Schedule > Select World > Select Job > Edit the Appointment > Appointment Booker View

    • These options have been split to provide more flexibility, for example, the user may choose to restrict rescheduling only after the due date while still allowing earlier adjustments.

  • This update helps ensure appointments stay aligned with service timelines and improves scheduling accuracy across your teams.

  • Mandatory Time Zone Setting for Resources and Worlds
Selecting a time zone for all resources and worlds has been made mandatory for all customers who have the time zone setting enabled, this is to improve plan creation in Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise).

    • When adding a new resource via Optimise Admin > Resources > Add a Resource, the Time Zone field is now required.

    • The default time zone will be used as a fallback if no time zone is selected.

  • Optimised Folio Loading for Better Efficiency
Enhancements have been made to the way folios are generated for customers using the Rio > Mobilise integration. Folios which appear in multiple locations are now loaded only once, significantly enhancing system performance and reducing redundancy.

This update ensures faster load times and a smoother experience when working with shared folios across the platform.
