We have been enhancing Dynamic Scheduling since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

• Multi Time Zone Support
  Enhancements have been made to the following areas to support Multi Time Zones:

  • The Optimise Gantt View

  • Job Pinning in the Optimise Schedule View

  • The Unity adaptors have been updated to support customers operating in multiple time zones with an Optimise > Connect integration.

  • The Optimise Appointment Booker now supports jobs and resources in multiple time zones

  • The Optimise Appointment Booker API

These enhancements provide support for customers who manage a mobile workforce across different Time Zones within a single deployment.

• Progress Notes in Folio Enhancement
  To support Mobilise customers an enhancement has been made to Progress Note Folios to allow filtering for different progress note types. This is to support Mobilise customers with a Rio integration.
  Customers using the Rio > Mobilise integration can now filter Progress Note Folios by both maximum age and/or number of notes, based on the note type.

  This enhancement gives Mobilise users greater control over the volume and relevance of Progress Notes displayed, allowing them to tailor the view according to the nature of care being provided. Since Progress Notes may be updated frequently or on an ad-hoc basis depending on the service user's needs, this flexibility ensures only the most pertinent information is surfaced in Mobilise.
