Mandatory Critical Database Update (On Premise)

This update is only required for Mobile Working (Mobilise) On Premise. It does not affect Cloud users.

Why do I need this update?

The update will make a database configuration change that will prevent a service impacting incident occurring related to backend API access issues.

What do I need to do?

1. Download this ZIP file.

   The .zip file contains a software tool to update the database.

2. Read the instructions in the db-update-guide.docx.

3. Follow the instructions to run the installer DbUpgrade.

We recommend you categorise as an emergency change and apply as soon as possible. The update is low risk and should not cause any downtime. This should be completed on both your Test and Live instances as applicable.
