What’s New

Multi Time Zone Support
Multi Time Zone Support for Mobilise users operating in multiple time zones has now been updated for viewing, adding, and editing both Jobs and Busy Time integrated from Optimise and Job Management (Connect) for the Totalmobile diary on Android. This means any diary integrations for Android users are ready to communicate within the context of a time zone. Logging, Scheduling, and data tracking will be accurate, and Mobilise users can see events, notifications, and logs in their local time.
OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Single Sign-On (SSO) - ability to opt in for production environment
OIDC and SSO will be enabled in the production environment to allow for support/configuration of SSO with an Identity Provider of choice (Please contact your Account Manager for more information about configuration of this feature.)

OIDC introduces a secure, token-based authentication framework, which builds on OAuth 2.0 to provide identity verification and access control. Token-based authentication ensures secure, verifiable identity claims and minimises exposure to credential-based attacks. SSO functionality allows users to authenticate once and gain access to multiple services without repeated logins, improving session continuity and reducing friction.

If opted in and configured to enable this feature, existing users will be redirected to the new SSO login flow at login.

Multi Time Zone Support
Multi Time Zone Support for Mobilise users operating in multiple time zones has now been updated for:
- Viewing visits within the Map My Day Feature. This means visits displayed in Map My Day will adjust to be viewed within the context of the time zone set on the device.
- Viewing, adding, and editing both Jobs and Busy Time within the diary view. This means jobs and busy time in the diary are presented accurately based on the time zone of the device. Adding new jobs or busy time entries while displaying in the devices local time zone will be reflected accurately in the time zone of the world in Optimise. Editing existing jobs or busy time entries will be seamless without causing confusion or errors due to time zone mismatches.
Play Store Policy Compliance
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain Play Store compliance, we've updated our app to target API level 35. This ensures compatibility with the most recent Android platform features and security standards. While edge-to-edge support is encouraged for modern UI experiences, we’ve chosen to defer its implementation until the 9.37 release. This decision was made to prioritise stability and ensure a consistent user experience.
