We have been enhancing Mobile Working since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

• Multi Time Zone
  Multi Time Zone Support for Mobilise users operating in multiple time zones has now been updated in Messaging for Forms on iOS. This means any Totalmobile integrations for iOS users are ready to communicate within the context of a time zone. Logging, Scheduling, and data tracking will be accurate. Mobile users can see events, notifications, and logs in their local time.

• Field First Branding
  The favicon (web tab icon) associated with signing in and out of Web Admin has been updated in line with company Field First branding. This reinforces brand identity, providing the same look and feel for the Field First Platform products. Users will be able to quickly identify the Totalmobile site among multiple open tabs or bookmarks.

• Email Functionality Enhancements
  Email Functionality Enhancements added to Web Admin > Integration > Adapters > Form Adapters > Form Result Reporting Service Email Adapter.

  Email functionality has been enhanced to allow configurable subject lines. Alongside the form reference, both job header details and additional properties can now be used to build the subject line for emails being processed by the reporting services email adapter. Previously, when emailing forms from Mobilise, the email subject line was fixed to form reference and lacked key contextual information for Connect integrations so the new feature improves usability and traceability for recipients.

iOS

• Multi Time Zone
  Multi Time Zone Support has been added to Visits, Forms, Bulletins, and Activities on iOS devices. This new feature provides support for customers who manage a mobile workforce across different Time Zones within a single deployment. All information is presented within a single time zone and dynamically adjusts based on the device settings. Users will see events, notifications and logs in their local time, making the Totalmobile app feel more intuitive and personalised.

• Optional Removal of Offsets
  Optional Removal of Offsets added as a TM Setting > TM.DATETIMEOFFSETS.MESSAGES.INCLUDE.  This setting should be set to false so offsets can be excluded from dateTime fields throughout messaging.

  Optional Removal of Offsets has been included in Multi Time Zone Support to ensure all integration end points receive Time Zone information in the correct format.  This ensures integrations will be time zone aware preventing issues which can be caused by time mismatches.  Customers who rely on real-time data for interactions and reporting can do so seamlessly.
