Pinning Jobs to a Resource

To pin a job to a resource for any date or time:

1. In WebAdmin select Optimise Schedule.

   The Worlds page appears.

2. Select a World.

   

   The Optimise Schedule page appears.

3. In the Job List, select a job and drag it onto a resource card.

   The resource changes to a green colour.

   

4. Drop the job onto the resource.

Removing Pinned Jobs from a Resource

1. In WebAdmin select Optimise Schedule.

   The Worlds page appears.

2. Select a World.

   The Optimise Schedule page appears.

3. To view the jobs pinned against a resource, select the Pin icon.

   

   The Pin Information dialog for the resource appears.

4. To unpin the job from the resource, select Remove Pin.
