Multi Select Control

The Multi Select control allows you to select multiple answers per form field.

Configure the Multi Select Control

  1. In WebAdmin, select Forms.

  2. Select an existing form, or select Add New Form to create a new one.

  3. Navigate to an existing element within your form or click Insert a new Element .

  4. Select Maintain Element Settings .

  5. The Update Element Details window appears.

    1. Select the Multi Select control.

    2. Select the Text field, and enter a description for the new control.

    3. Select the Choice field, and enter a multi-select option.

    4. Select the Score field, and enter the multi-select value that can be used as part of a calculation for a subsequent Score element. For more detail on incorporating multi-select scores into the Score element, refer to Score Control.

    5. Select Add to add the multi-select option.

    6. Repeat steps e-g to add more multi-select options.

    7. Configure other control options as required. For more details refer to Form Sections and Controls.

    8. Select Save.

  6. Save and Publish the form.

  7. Ensure the form is assigned to an application or visit task within a solution.

  1. On the device, navigate to the form.

  2. Select answers from the Multi Select control as required.

  3. Submit the form.

  2. Select the Multi Select control within the form.

  3. On the Select answer screen, select/deselect all options as required.

  4. Submit the form.
