Multiple Contract usage for Time Sheets

If a person has multiple contracts assigned to differing work locations, the contract that is utilised for their rate of pay is controlled by a system option called Use base contract for work other shifts. This can be found within the time sheet section of the system options.

• When the system option is set to Yes, if a person is assigned to a shift at another location (work other shift) the time sheet will show the duty details on the contract row of the location they have moved from (Home Location). Any overtime claimed at the work other location will be assigned the contract of the location they have moved from Home Location). For this to work, the contract that you require to be used, should be assigned to the location that the individual is being removed from.

• When the system option is set to No, if a person is assigned to a work other shift, the time sheet will show the duty details on the contract that is applicable for the location the member of staff is working the shift on. Any overtime claimed at the location the shift is being worked at will be assigned the contract that is applicable for that location.
