WTR Reporting - Backfeed from Timesheets to Main Client

Individual WTR Reports - include Worked Hours

Two new fallback views have been added to the Analysis > Individual Duties > WTR Summary Report ‘Roster View’ option and then this option has been added to Individual Duties > WTR Individual Report and Analysis > WT Breach Report. The full set of views and behaviour for the two WTR Reports is now:

  • Rostered*: shows shift data based on the person’s rostered post shift pattern. Any planned overrides are ignored.

  • Planned*: shows the shift data based on the person’s plan on the posting sheets (a combination of shifts from the underlying rostered pattern and any planned changes, including absences). Extends the period to accommodate non-worked absences in the average.

  • Planned (fallback to Rostered): shows the shift data based on the person’s plan on the posting sheets and, where the person has no shift (e.g. they are in the person’s available area on the Posting Sheet because they are not on a shift), falls back to the pattern shift to fill the gap. Extends the period to accommodate non-worked absences in the average. Most of the time this will show the same values as for Planned.

  • Actual*: shows the shift data based on the person’s complete clockings and, for 'today' and where there are no clockings / incomplete clockings, shows the Planned situation. Extends the period to accommodate non-worked absences.

  • Actual (fallback to Planned, then Rostered): shows the shift data based on the person’s complete clockings and, for 'today' and where there are no clockings / incomplete clockings, shows the Planned (fallback to Rostered) situation. Extends the period to accommodate non-worked absences. Most of the time this will show the same values as for Actual.

WT Breach Report - include Worked Hours

The full set of views and behaviour for the WT Breach Report is now:

  • Rostered: shows the breaches based on the person’s rostered post shift pattern. Any planned overrides are ignored.

    The shift list used for checks is based on original WTR functionality.

  • Planned: default on load, shows the breaches based on the person’s plan on the posting sheets (a combination of shifts from the underlying rostered pattern and any planned changes, including absences).

    This is the previous behaviour of this report.

  • Planned (fallback to Rostered): shows the breaches based on the person’s plan on the posting sheets and, where the person has no shift (e.g. they are in the person’s available area on the Posting Sheet because they are not on a shift), falls back to the pattern shift to fill the gap. Most of the time this will show the same values as for Planned.

  • Actual: shows the breaches based on the person’s complete clockings and, where there are no clockings / incomplete clockings / today and future, shows the Planned situation.

    This is based on original the WTR functionality.
