TOIL Conversion Payment Rate - Show Payment Rate on TO Screen
Overtime > Overtime Management > Time Owing: A new column Auto Pay Rate has been added to the right of the existing Auto Pay Date column. This column, like the other TOIL conversion information columns, is visible when the system option Time Owing Payment Rule is set to a TOIL Auto Payment workflow. The column shows the rate that the conversion to payment will apply for eligible claims. This rate will come from the Eligible at Pay Rate if exists. Auto Pay at [X] days shape or Eligible at [X] Rate. Auto Pay at [Y] days shape on the workflow. Where Eligible at Pay Rate if exists. Auto Pay at [X] days is in use, if the claim doesn’t have a payment rate recorded against the claim, the cell will be empty and the claim will be shown as ineligible.

TOIL Conversion Payment Rate - Balance Processing Order for TOIL Conversion Workflow
The Time Owing feature now orders the consumption of claim balances by base date, TOIL multiplier, Start Time and then system ID. This means that, for example, where two claims exist on the date date, a Time Owing Absence will use the lowest multiplier claim’s hours first, leaving the higher rate hours to be used later e.g. as converted to payment by whether the TOIL Auto Payment workflow or by data return in the Time Owing Convert to Payment report.

TOIL Conversion Payment Rate - New End Shape to use Pay Rate
New TOIL Auto Payment shape: Eligible at Pay Rate if exists. Auto Pay at [X] days
When this end shape is used in the TOIL conversion workflow, the system will use the payment rate specified on the claim being processed. If a payment rate is available on the claim, then the conversion will be at that rate. If there is no payment rate associated with the claim, the claim will be classed as ineligible for conversion.
The shape is similar to the existing ‘specified rate’ shape (Eligible at [X] Rate. Auto Pay at [Y] days) in having a setting for the number of Days after the claim that auto conversion will take place.

TOIL Conversion Payment Rate - New Shape 'Claim has Calculated Payment Rate?'
New TOIL Auto Payment shape: Claim has Calculated Payment Rate?
When this decision shape is used in the TOIL conversion workflow, the system will check the claim being processed for a Payment Rate identifier. If the claim has a payment rate the workflow will return true and follow the Yes path. This means users can decide on different outcome paths e.g. Eligible at Pay Rate if exists. Auto Pay at [X] days vs Eligible at X Rate. Auto Pay at [Y] days.

Workflow Designer - TOIL Auto Payment - End Shape: Eligible at Pay Rate if exists - Convert Non-Enhanced Hours at the Payment Rate
Change to the payment overtime output for the new TOIL Auto Payment end shape Eligible at Pay Rate if exists. Auto Pay at [X] days. The conversion will use the base (un-enhanced) remaining balance hours of the original TOIL record and create the overtime payment record at the equivalent payment rate. This means that in case where TOIL is accrued at a multiplier, the hours are not further enhanced during conversion. The reduction to the TOIL account will still be for the enhanced hours.
The older end shape Eligible at [X] rate. Auto Pay at [Y] days has had no change, and the payment record hours will reflect enhanced TOIL balance hours.
