Claim Expiry - Web Time Sheets - TS Expiry
Changes have been made to the Islands of Duty with Overtime style time sheets on the web to prevent users from submitting Overtime Claims outside the allowable timeframe defined by the system option: Web - Prevent Overtime Claim Submission and Delete Unprocessed Overtime Claims after (X) days.
When this option is set to a value greater than zero (where '1' represents the current date minus one day back), users will only have ability to Overtime Claims for Shift Dates that fall on or after the calculated window start date. If a user selects a Shift Date earlier than this window and attempts to create an Overtime Claim for an island of time, the system will display a warning message advising that Overtime Claims cannot be entered for Shift Dates before the window start date.
Setting the system option to zero disables this restriction, allowing users to submit Overtime Claims for any Shift Date.

Claim Expiry - Overnight Process to Expire Overtime
A new procedure has been added to the overnight process for deleting Unprocessed Overtime Claims that fall outside the retention window as defined by system option: Web - Prevent Overtime Claim Submission and Delete Unprocessed Overtime Claims after (X) days. Any claims deleted by this process are marked as Expired.
When this option is set to a value greater than zero (where ‘1' represents the current date minus one day back), the system will identify all Overtime Claim Headers with a Base Date before the window start date, and have a status of Pending, Rejected or Authorised on the Time Sheet (but not Processed). The overnight process will then automatically delete these Claims Headers along with all associated Claims. All deleted Claim Headers will be marked as Expired.
If the system option is set to zero, the procedure will be disabled. No Claim Headers or Claims will be automatically deleted or marked as Expired.
