GeoPal as a mobile Plugin to Dynamics 365

GeoPal Champion Morgan Matthews of Galway County Council has taken the first steps to Integrate Dynamics 365 with the GeoPal Platform.

Morgan has created a GeoPal Dynamics Plugin to achieve the following interactions between the systems:

An Activity Task in Dynamics can create a GeoPal Job. The GeoPal job can be assigned to the appropriate field user according to the task owner selected in Dynamics. If the Task owner is changed the GeoPal job is reassigned. The GeoPal job can be scheduled according to the task due date in Dynamics. When the GeoPal Job is completed, the status of the Dynamics Task is updated and the GeoPal job notes are visible in the relevant Dynamics entity. Custom PDF reports from GeoPal can also be attached to the Dynamics Entity.
