Time Zone Mapping
Your tenant can be configured to use a default time zone and support the configuration of multiple time zones. This is useful if, for example, you have Worlds that are in different countries and hence require scheduling information in the local time.
To set up your tenant with a default time zone and the option to define alternative time zones, contact Totalmobile.
When multiple time zones are available in Dynamic Scheduling, you can select a different time zone in the following places:

When creating and configuring a World. For more details refer to Worlds.

When configuring a resource's default and alternative start locations. For more details refer to Add and Edit Resource Details.
Time zone mappings enable you to refine the options available for selection. For example, if you set your default time zone to Europe/London but also wish to configure Worlds based in Australia/Perth and Australia/Sydney, you can map the Australia time zones to ensure they are the only options available in dropdowns. If you do not configure time zone mappings, the relevant dropdowns list all available time zones.
Add Time Zones
To add time zone mappings:

In WebAdmin select Optimise Admin.
The Universal Settings and Worlds page appears.

In the Universal Settings section, select Time Zone Mapping.
The Time Zone Mapping page appears.

Select Add New Time Zone Mapping

On the Add Time Zone Mapping dialog, select one or more time zones.

Click outside the dialog to close it.
The added time zones are displayed on the Time Zone Mapping page.
