View Resource Loan Details

Use the Optimise Admin > Resources > Resource > Loans tab to see upcoming and recent loan information for the selected resource.

To view a resource's loan details:

1. In WebAdmin select Optimise Admin.

   The Universal Settings and Worlds page appears.

2. In the Universal Settings section, select Resources.

   The Resources page appears.

3. Select the resource you want to edit.

   To filter the resources list, select the Search field and start typing a resource name.

   The Resource page appears.

4. Select the Loans tab.

   The tab lists details of any loans that have been configured for the resource, including the source World, the loan World, a description of the loan, and the start and end dates.
