Lone Worker Protection - Release 9.41 and 9.42

Totalmobile has enhanced Lone Worker Protect (Protect) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

  • PROT-827 – Management Portal Custom Permission Templates

    Adds a facility that allows users with Administrator privileges to create and assign custom permission templates to users who have access to the Management Portal. A site can have multiple permissions templates. The quick update buttons in the Portal Login Permissions section of person's Settings page now include the option to grant permissions from a custom permissions template.

  • PROT-832 – % Added to Activity Dashboard and People Usage Report

    Adds the percentage utilisation by people to the Activity Dashboard and Person Usage Report.

  • PROT-833 – Activity Dashboard Download

    Adds Download buttons to the Activity Dashboard, allowing users to save the information shown in the Usage pop-up dialog to a Microsoft Excel file.

  • PROT-861 – Enhancements to the Person Data Report

    The Person Data Report now indicates the source and ignore reason of GPS data.

  • PROT-871 – Latest Event Report Improvements

    The Latest Event Report now includes the email address and number of days since the latest event for each person or device. Note that these columns are present in downloaded Microsoft Excel files and not visible on the report page in the Management Portal itself.

  • PROT-790 – Field Changes for Data Take-on

    Previously, it was possible to edit the Staff ID and custom person fields on the Settings page of a Person profile when the person was entered in the system via Protect Data Take-on service. These fields are now read-only for these people.

  • PROT-837 – Communication Events Removed from User Summary

    The Person Summary Report on the Person page no longer show Lost Communication Events. These events are still returned in the Worker Down Report and App Safe Check Report.

  • PROT-844 – New APN and Phone Prefix

    Adds a new APN for 'CSL KPN VoLTE' and adds support for Philippines +63 telephone number formats.

  • PROT-253 – New Vulnerability Scanning

    Adds a FOSSA source code scanner to the build pipeline for the product software.

Description

CSUP-316958

Fixes the issue where the People Usage Report would show a tick/cross for the Days Portal Login Used instead of a number.

PROT-825

The system no longer sends new alert emails to people who are marked inactive.

PROT-836

Fixes the imbalance between the Worker Down Report and People Usage Report. The Worker Down Usage total now includes the number of GPS Impact events. The People Usage Calculation page now indicates that the Times Worker Down Used includes the GPS Device Impact Event total.
