We have been enhancing the Field First Platform since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What’s New

• Simpro Integration

  • A new Simpro integration has been developed to retrieve job commitments and push them to Simpro. This integration enhances the workflow between Simpro and our system, allowing for more efficient job management and tracking.

  • The Simpro integration has been expanded to include pushing allocations to Simpro. This enables the Totalmobile Dynamic Scheduler to schedule jobs and trigger messages to Simpro. The integration utilises existing and new APIs to handle allocation payloads.

  • The Simpro Adapter has been enhanced to retrieve job details and updates from Simpro, and post these updates to the Dynamic Scheduler. This enhancement streamlines the job update process and ensure better synchronisation between Simpro and the Dynamic Scheduler.

• AI Snapshot

  AI Snapshot has been introduced and uses AI services to summarise information from a variety of sources within the application to users. This saves users time spent navigating to multiple records and enables them to deliver better service through being better informed, more quickly.

  The AI Snapshot is available in Referral Management (Carelink) > Referral Panel, for more information specific to this product feature please see the Referral Management (Carelink) 9.38 Release Note.
