We are pleased to announce the first release of the Field First Platform.

What’s New

  • Field First Hub
    The Hub displays the latest Totalmobile updates. Users can easily review recent product changes, keeping them informed about new features and improvements. It also includes a Navigation menu, which provides easy access to the Home, What's New, and Configuration sections, allowing users to navigate efficiently through the platform.

  • Platform Menu
    The Platform menu provides access to the users capabilities, such as Asset Management, Scheduling, Job Management, and Rostering. This integration allows for seamless navigation between the users applications and enhances overall user experience. It also provides Shortcuts, allowing all users access to specific pages such as Release Notes.

  • Consolidated Login
    A consolidated login provides a unified authentication experience across all Field First Platform applications. This Single Sign-On (SSO) approach provides a streamlined and secure authentication experience for the user, for more information refer to Field First Authentication.

  • Application UI Refresh
    Field First branding has been implemented across the following Totalmobile capabilities:

    • Mobile

    • Scheduling

    • Job Management

    • Rostering

    • Asset Management

This change brings a more cohesive and user-friendly experience to the platform.

  • User Management

    • Field First Hub includes User Management functionality, which provides enhanced control over user accounts and permissions within the Field First platform, for more information see Field First Configuration.

    • A SCIM service has been implemented to support adding, updating, and deleting users across applications. This feature enables more efficient user management based on name, email, and role information.  It allows users to be Added/Deleted/Updated from the Identity server, simplifying the Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) process and improving security.
